Life can be overwhelming sometimes – like you’re drowning in stress, exhaustion, and emotional pain. You may be struggling to cope and wondering if things will ever get better. The good news is they can, and you don’t have to face life alone. If you’re ready for a positive change, I’m here to help.
We’ll spend time together understanding your emotions, building your strengths and creating clear and achievable goals. I can help you navigate feelings of frustration and overwhelm as you manage issues such as depression, anxiety and difficult life transitions. Therapy is more than talking – it’s about developing a relationship with your therapist built on trust, compassion and genuine care.
As a wife, mother, and professional, I understand how hard it can be to juggle everything and still find space for your own wellbeing. I’ve faced my own mental health struggles and know how important it is to find someone who can relate to what you’re going through. Now, I work with clients to help them see new possibilities for their mental health and wellness.
I specialize in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) to redirect spiraling thoughts, Solution-Focused Therapy to help you recognize your strengths and capacity for change and Narrative Therapy to reveal new ways of building confidence and self-esteem.
With a heart for helping people navigate life’s challenges, I aim to create a safe space where you feel heard and supported as you move towards better days ahead.

ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS -
You may appear put-together on the outside, but internally feel stuck in cycles of overthinking, self-doubt, and emotional overwhelm. You might replay conversations, struggle to set boundaries, or find yourself in relationships that leave you feeling anxious, unseen, or drained.
You may describe yourself as a people pleaser or find it hard to trust others, regulate your emotions, or feel secure in your relationships. These feelings can feel so overwhelming when they hit, leaving you with uncertainty about who you are or where you’re headed.
Therapy offers a space to slow down, understand these patterns, and build a more grounded, confident sense of self—so you can experience deeper connection, clarity, and emotional balance.
With my trainings in CBT, DBT, and many others I pull on my knowledge to provide practical tools and insights to help you not just cope, but understand yourself, your thoughts, and your behaviours on a deeper level.

Melis Karaoglu Registered Psychotherapist
A lot of people come to therapy when they’re exhausted from trying to figure it out on their own. Whatever brings you here, you don’t have to navigate it alone. Change is possible. My focus is on eating and body image concerns, including binge eating, compulsive eating, emotional eating, mindful eating, and the complicated relationship with food that can take up so much mental space. I integrate mindfulness-based tools for emotional and binge eating through my Mindfulness-Based Eating Awareness Training (MB-EAT). I also draw on ACT and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, including Enhanced Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Eating Disorders (CBT-E), an evidence-based approach specifically developed for eating concerns. My approach is structured and evidence-informed, and also warm and collaborative. Together we work to understand patterns, build practical tools, and create meaningful change.
Alongside eating and body image concerns, I also work with individuals navigating anxiety, relationships, personal development, and life transitions. If something else is bringing you here and it feels like a good fit, I’d love to connect.
Your experiences, values, and identities are met with care and compassion throughout our work together.
I’m a Turkish-Canadian therapist fluent in English and Turkish.
If this resonates, you’re warmly invited to book a free consultation. I’d love to connect and see if we’re a good fit.

Meagan Leonard Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
Meagan works with thoughtful, high-functioning adults who are capable and self-aware, yet find themselves caught in recurring emotional or relational patterns that insight alone has not resolved.
You may feel torn between competing needs—such as responsibility and authenticity, security and growth—and feel unsure how to move forward without betraying yourself or those around you. Meagan will help you slow these patterns down, explore what they have been protecting, and build a felt sense of agency so that choices come from clarity rather than pressure, fear, or obligation.
Rather than surface-level coping strategies, Meagan’s work is focused on identifying the deeper structures that drive our reactions: the way childhood experiences and trauma shape the nervous system, how protective patterns develop, and why they continue to emerge in current situations and relationships.
Meagan’s approach is particularly suited for individuals who are used to carrying responsibility, performing at a high level, and navigating complexity, but are seeking greater alignment and authenticity.

Caitriona McGlinchey
Are you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure about the next steps in your mental health journey? Taking the first step can feel challenging, but it’s also an act of courage—and I’m here to walk alongside you.
I’m Caitriona, a CRPO-Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), and I’m passionate about helping individuals uncover their strengths, gain clarity, and navigate life’s challenges with confidence. My approach is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and adaptability. Together, we’ll create a space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered to explore what’s holding you back and discover new ways to move forward.
I draw from a range of evidence-based therapeutic methods, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to shift unhelpful thought patterns, Solution-Focused Therapy to build on your unique strengths, and Narrative Therapy to help you reclaim your story. Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem challenges, or navigating difficult relationships, our time will be tailored to meet your unique goals and needs.
For those seeking stability rather than significant change or healing, I focus on practical strategies to manage stress and create balance, helping you feel grounded and in control as you navigate life’s demands. If you’re looking for support in managing current stress and finding a sense of stability, I’m here to help you cope with life’s stressors, create routines that foster balance, and build tools to maintain calm amid uncertainty. Our work together will focus on helping you feel grounded and in control, prioritising balance and resilience in a way that fits your current needs and lifestyle.
My background includes extensive experience working with individuals who have faced domestic violence, homelessness, youth justice involvement, and those living with disabilities. I also have a deep appreciation for the neurodivergent brain, valuing the unique perspectives and strengths it brings. With every client, I aim to foster a safe, non-judgmental environment where you can gain insight, explore your emotions, and develop practical strategies for meaningful change.
When I’m not in the therapy room, you’ll often find me immersed in a great book, practicing yoga, or planning my next travel adventure. I’m inspired by thought leaders like Brené Brown and Jay Shetty, whose teachings on vulnerability, courage, and mindfulness deeply influence both my life and practice.
If you’re ready to take the first step, I’d be honoured to support you on your journey toward healing, growth, and self-compassion. Let’s work together to create the change you’re seeking.
